Human Resources coordinates the recruitment and hiring of all town personnel, along with managing benefit programs in support of Town employees.
The Town of Estes Park has a year-round workforce of about 170 employees working in careers that range from police officer, emergency services dispatcher, equipment operator, lineman, engineer, maintenance worker, administrator, accountant, information systems specialist, planner, and more. Additionally, the Town of Estes Park employs approximately 20 seasonal workers who help with operations during the busy summer months.
